Capitol Credit Services, Inc., established in 1977 by Matthew Spinella, maintains one of the largest collection agencies in Delaware. Our satisfied clients include hospitals, doctors, utilities, and retail merchants. We represent more than 400 medical offices (over 600 doctors) in the collection of their delinquent accounts.
Our philosophy of collecting is to return to our clients as much money through professional and ethical procedures without a negative impact being left on our clients' reputation. This philosophy is the basis of our collection strategy. This strategy is based on using a combination of letters and direct telephone communications. Our experience shows that this is the most effective method of collection. This strategy is coordinated by a state-of-the-art computer system/predictive dialer and implemented by a well-rounded team of certified, highly dedicated and experienced collectors.
